The government decree on the recruitment of teachers is the main reason that triggered the proclamation of the strike.
"The rigidity of the ministry with respect to the issues raised did not leave any margins - underline Francesco Sinopoli, Ivana Barbacci, Pino Turi, Elvira Serafini, Rino Di Meglio - for this reason we decided to start a path of strong protest, with different forms of mobilization, not excluding the strike of the ballots, and of widespread information of the school staff ".
The next appointment will be that of the unitary directors set for Friday 13 May.
The school strike, proclaimed by the major trade unions in the sector - will cover the entire day of May 30th.
The decision taken by the trade unions came at the end of the meeting that took place this morning at the Ministry of Labor.
"No response has been received regarding the requests of the trade union organizations to modify the Legislative Decree 36 on training and recruitment approved in recent days by the Government".
