(ANSA) - TOKYO, MAY 09 - The Tokyo Stock Exchange starts the first session of the week down, after the contraction of US stocks, which are discounting the monetary tightening of the Federal Reserve, with investors looking to the imminent season of the quarterly in Japan.
At the opening, the Nikkei reference list dropped 1.06% to 26,716.09, and a loss of 287 points.
On the currency market, the yen continues to weaken against the dollar at 130.90, and against the euro at 137.80.
