Jethro Lazenby, eldest son of singer-songwriter Nick Cave, died at the age of 30.
The artist had already lost another son, Arthur, who died in 2015 after falling off a cliff in Brighton.
To confirm the disappearance of the young man, actor and model, it was the same Cave: "With great sadness I can confirm that my son, Jethro, is dead. We would be grateful for the respect of privacy at this time".
Jethro was born in Melbourne in 1991 to Nick and his mother Beau Lazenby, but discovered Nick Cave was his father at the age of eight.
He was recently arrested for assaulting his mother: during the trial, the lawyers explained that the boy had been diagnosed with schizophrenia.
In 2018, the young model had already been convicted of assaulting his then girlfriend.
