Munich – Loud dog barking can really get on the spirit of some non-dog owners.

And so a neighbor recently complained about the loud barking of a four-legged friend.

In a large or cramped residential complex, this can quickly lead to frustration.

If this cannot be settled peacefully among each other or if the fronts have already hardened, some people threaten to report the crime.

Although this varies from state to state, there are still some guidelines.

Because repeated and loud barking can be regarded as a disturbance of the peace or as an administrative offense (according to § 117 Administrative Offenses Act).
