(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 11 - Real abstention in municipal and regional elections is 5% and 10% lower than the official one, respectively, and this depends on the fact that Italians registered abroad are registered in the electoral lists. which are 5.5 million in 2020, that is 9% of the national electoral body.
