The German Lennard Kamna (Bora Hansgrohe) won the fourth stage of the Giro d'Italia, the Avola-Monte Etna / Nicolosi, 172 kilometers, with the first uphill finish of the 105th edition.
Kamna preceded the Spanish Juan Pedro Lopez at the finish line, who becomes the new pink jersey.
