(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 11 - The government is working on the reform of tax justice, requested by the Pnrr by the end of the year.
According to what is learned, an advice on the bill is expected for this afternoon, which could go to the Council of Ministers as early as this week upon the return of Prime Minister Mario Draghi from Washington.
A Mef-Justice technical commission has dealt with the reform and the contents will be translated into a government bill.
Among the open questions there would also be the retirement age of tax magistrates which could be uniformed to the ordinary ones.
