Romania: the charred body of an Italian businessman found

The charred body of the Italian businessman, Mauro Donato Gadda, was found late yesterday afternoon in Magurele, near Bucharest.

According to what was reported by the local police and following the autopsy, the body of the 64-year-old man from Busto Garolfo, province of Milan, had several fractures to the bones of the hands, several broken ribs and a split skull.

The body was then burned, locked up in the trunk of a Dacia Logan and abandoned in the Magurele countryside.

A murder therefore in full mafia style, on which the judiciary investigates.

Gadda, according to local newspapers, had been in Romania for ten years where he had settled between Giurgiu and Bucharest, and was a partner together with a couple, husband and wife, well known in the Romanian business community, of a company that deals of the production of pumps and water filters.

Jealousy seems to be the motive behind the murder in Romania of the 64-year-old Milanese businessman Mauro Donato Gadda.

The suspects of the investigators had immediately turned to the circle of people close to Gadda, and in the morning today two suspects were arrested and confessed to the murder.

According to reports from the G4 Media website, the entrepreneur showed up at her partner's house, in sector 5 of the capital Bucharest, finding her with her ex-husband.

An altercation immediately degenerated would have arisen, and the two would have first killed Gadda, then locked his body in the trunk of his own car, belonging to a rental company, with which they transferred him to the Magurele countryside to set him on fire.
