The
renewal of the national collective bargaining agreement of the autoferrotranvieri-internavigator
i (Mobility area tpl), which expired on 31 December 2017 and which affects about 120 thousand workers in the local public transport, is well.
Filt-Cgil, Fit-Cisl, Uiltrasporti, Faisa-Cisal and Ugl-Fna affirm this: therefore, they explain,
the 24-hour strike without guarantee bands on May 30 "will be revoked
, having successfully closed a long dispute over a contract expired for more than 4 years ".
The contract is effective from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023 and provides for an average increase of 110 euros and a one-off fee of 500 euros for the contractual holiday.
The
average increase
- they clarify - it is divided as follows: 90 euros for the monthly average table increase, 8 euros will constitute the new holiday allowance that will be paid every day used for a total of 25/26 days per year and 12 euros per month for supplementary health care , starting from January 1, 2023. "We have also reached an agreement on the one-off payment of 500 euros for the contractual holiday. The hypothesis of an agreement will be subjected to a referendum by workers", continue the trade unions.
"At the basis of the renewal, as requested by the trade unions - they conclude - a discussion of the merits on the regulatory aspects was not dealt with, de facto deferring it to what will be the next renewal.
