Ilanit's dress was designed by Rozi Ben Yosef, the daughter of a fabric importer who married the son of the founder of the "Ata" brand.

Together with him she initiated a program for the design and production of ethnic clothing.

Who: Ofra Haza appeared at the Eurovision Song Contest in Germany with the song "Chai", and came in second and most respected place.

The song clearly referred to the resurrection of the Jewish people, "Live, live, live, yes I am still alive," and the performance on German soil was significant and powerful.

Designer Doreen Frankfurt referred to the lyrics and designed an outfit for her chest in a white total look that symbolizes peace and optimism, and the escorts wore yellow to mark the yellow badge worn by the Jews during the Holocaust.

Who: Singers Orna and Moshe Datz came in third with the song "Here" in Italy.

The garment was designed by Yaron Minkowski, who told Israel Today that Orna and Moshe Datz's clothes used tablecloths and Bukharian bedspreads bought at the flea market in Jaffa.

The combination of colors and textures created a new local roots look, which together with the music and lyrics matured into perfection, and became an integral part of the song's memory.

Jean-Phil Gauthier, who designed the outfit for the French singer that year, demanded to meet me and express his admiration for the outfit.

The clothes were part of my final collection at Shenkar, and I won with the same collection as the best young fashion designer in Europe in the evening wear category for 89 ".

Year: 1995

Who: Singer Liora sang the song "Amen", and reached the eighth and most honorable place.

Her dress was also designed by Yaron Minkowski.

"Liora's outfit was part of the iconic 'Jerusalem of Gold' collection that I designed for Gottex. The outfit uses elements of Judaica, motifs from the Jewish tradition hammered on gold-plated metals combined with turquoise stones on a white background," says the designer.
