Perfect as an accompaniment to a barbecue or snack.

500 grams of asparagus
2 hard boiled eggs
200 grams of ham
Natural yoghurt
chives
Tip: broken asparagus
Broken asparagus are not inferior asparagus, they are simply stalks that have broken during washing and sorting.
They are sold cheaper and are particularly good for this salad, because the sticks are cut up for it anyway.
How to make the asparagus salad from 5 ingredients: simple and delicious recipe
First, peel and cook the asparagus as you normally would until tender.
By the way, you can cook a great asparagus soup from bowls!
Add some salt and sugar to the cooking water to counteract any bitterness.
Peel the boiled eggs and finely dice the eggs and bacon.
Drain the asparagus and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place the asparagus pieces, ham and eggs in a bowl.
Mix a dressing of yoghurt, finely chopped chives, salt and pepper and add this to the salad.
Mix everything well.
And you can enjoy your
simple asparagus salad
with ham and egg.
This goes well with baguette, for example.
Eat it without any side dishes and it's a perfect low-carb dinner.
