The Ministry of Health announced tonight (Sunday) that in the coming days, the first opening of a minor grave from Yemen will be opened, which is planned for the next Monday, in accordance with the law for the purpose of identifying and conducting a genetic test for family ties.
According to an announcement from the Ministry of Health, the purpose of opening the grave is to allow the remains of the body to be removed for identification and to take a DNA sample for the purpose of examining family ties with the family.
The opening of the grave will be done in accordance with the request of the family and an order of the court given in accordance with the provisions of the said law.
"Out of a desire to investigate the truth and remove the families' concerns about the identity of their loved ones, the Ministry of Health supported the enactment of the law at the time and undertook to be trusted and responsible for the implementation of this law. This is a sensitive and complex event." .
