Coconut Banana Cookies

    • 2 very ripe bananas

    • ½1 cups ground coconut

  • For pampering (permission)

    • Spoon chocolate chips / chopped walnuts, small black raisins / cranberries / ground almonds / dates

How to make coconut banana cookies?

  • 1 In a small food processor with a metal blade, first put the coconut and sprinkle the bananas on top (you should cut).

    Process for about a minute in pulses, until a uniform mass is obtained.

  • 2 At this point whoever is interested add the treat spoon and mix until evenly distributed in the mixture.

  • Line a pan with parchment paper and lightly grease with oil spray.

  • 4 Narrow balls from the dough with a spoon and form a kind of discs.

    Place on the pan and lightly flatten to get a uniform and straight look.

  • 5 Bake for 18 minutes at 165 degrees.

  • 6 At the end of baking, remove from the oven and cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes.

  • Storage:

    Can be stored outside the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
