A mix between great labels and signature cuisine, between wine dissemination and business: this is the proposal of Vinòforum - Lo Spazio del Gusto which returns to Rome, at the Tor di Quinto park, from 10 to 19 June.
The event, now in its 19th edition, is set up on over 12 thousand square meters with the participation of 810 wineries, starred chefs, restaurants, wine bars and gastronomic realities.
The novelty of the new edition is the Pizza d'Autore in combination with the great Italian wines.
There will be thirty chefs from Rome and all over Italy who will alternate in the open kitchens of the Temporary Restaurants and will represent the categories Casual, Fine Dining, Veg, International, Sea, Street Food Gourmet.
The Night Dinner is also scheduled, ten dinners, one for each Vinòforum evening,
with limited places and available by reservation only, where guests will have "the opportunity to live an unforgettable experience".
The chefs.
for individual dinners, they will present 3 dishes paired with the Mixology signed by Massimo D'Addezio.
On the calendar, the Wine Top Tasting, which will talk about Italian and international oenology: every evening a tasting and a technical meeting held by oenologists, experts and tasters.
