Big Maggi recall: metal parts in two Fix products

Two Maggi products are currently affected by a recall, both of which may contain foreign objects made of metal.
Nestlé is now issuing a consumption warning.
Frankfurt – Two products now have to be recalled from the Maggi range, both of which may contain foreign objects made of metal.
Nestlé explains this in a statement.
The affected products can be returned via retailers.

As can also be seen from the notification, the products are two varieties of the MAGGI 5-minute tureen.
The products with the following batch numbers are affected by the recall:
MAGGI 5 minute terrine mashed potatoes with porcini
batch number: 21270703Z, 21280703Z, 21290703Z date of
minimum durability (BBD): 31.05.2023
MAGGI 5 minute terrine mashed potatoes with roasted onions & croutons +25%
batch number: 21280703Z date of
minimum durability (BBD): 32.05
Recall: Two Maggi products recalled - Austrian market not affected
Anyone who has bought one or more of the affected products should “please do not” consume them.
The company warns of this in the announcement.
The products can be returned to retailers, where the customer will then be reimbursed for the purchase price without presenting the receipt.
According to Nestlé, other Maggi products are not affected by the recall.
The Maggi products on the Austrian market are therefore not affected by the recall and are safe for consumption.
Chocolate is currently also affected by a recall.
A manufacturer is recalling its chocolate with almonds, honey and sea salt nationwide.
Consumers were at risk of liver and kidney damage when consuming the product.
