(ANSA) - TRIPOLI, MAY 17 - The Libyan government appointed in February by the parliament of Tobruk, led by Fathi Bashaga, announces its withdrawal from Tripoli, a few hours after its entry into the capital.

After the entry into Tripoli of the government - the equivalent of that of national unity, with premier Abdul HamidDbeibah - clashes between rival militias had occurred in the city.
