The "Western Galilee Time" tourism association is holding the Western Galilee Time Spring Festival for the ninth year and offers nine days with dozens of meals, workshops, tours and events throughout the Western Galilee.

The festival will take place from 20 to 28 May.

The events will open with a farmers' market and a Galilean produce fair, which returns after a two-year break and will take place at Kibbutz Ayalon on Friday, May 20.

At the fair it will be possible to taste and purchase wines from boutique wineries, quality cheeses, local art, delicacies of all kinds, as well as sessions for the whole family, pastry stalls, live music, and atmosphere and everything made in Galilee.

The day after the fair, the spring festival celebrations will begin, which will include more than 40 events, including a number of intriguing collaborations between Galilean tourists: Chef Uri Tzur will arrive at Cheese Shepherd's Dairy Michal Moore, where the two created a seasonal tasting meal;

The Ayelet Bar Meir guide will accompany a tour of the discovery of edible and medicinal plants, and at the end a picnic at the foot of a spring will take place in a carob forest with a Druze meal of Galil eat eaters;

At Chef Adelina's restaurant on Kibbutz Kabri, a special Mediterranean menu by Chef Rushdie Dequar will await;

The guide and archaeologist Dr. Shelly Ann Peleg will take you on a fascinating evening walk on the purity of "Italy in Acre", which will end with a wine tasting in the wine cellar at the Effendi Hotel under the guidance of the hotel sommelier.

In addition, there will be a collaboration between Kishor Winery and La Pampa Restaurant, when for the first time this will be the restaurant that will be hosted at the winery, with a meal of smoked meat sandwiches, alongside Kishor Winery wines.

At Stern Winery there will be a special Italian meal combined with a lecture by Gennady Kozkovich from a coffee man, on the history of coffee, its characteristics and of course - the flavors.

Also in the activities: a meeting with the guide Amnon Gopher, who will tell about the rich folklore of the Galilee region and the people who live in it;

The Carmit Arbel guide will accompany a tour of the town of Matat, combined with a vegetarian meal by Chef Uri Tzur.
