Don't want to heat up your oven for a few rolls and the toaster isn't working properly?

Use the stovetop instead - quick and easy!

Fresh rolls from the bakery are the ultimate, but if you have to do without, baked rolls or the rolls from the day before are a good substitute.

In order for these to taste really crispy and fresh, however, they have to be baked.

Most people use the oven or toaster for this, but there is a much better and easier way.

If you don't have to bake 12 rolls for the family at the same time, the

oven is a particularly unfavorable option

.

It takes a lot of time for the oven to reach the right temperature and power consumption skyrockets.

If there are only two or three rolls left on the grid, the thought of your wallet and the environment makes your heart ache.

The

toaster with the special roll rack is

the better alternative.

Simply place two rolls on each and bake them at the highest level, this also works with the pre-baked rolls from the bag.

But you have to keep a close eye on them, otherwise the rolls will quickly turn black - especially if the toaster has already heated up by the second round.

But is there another way?

Can you

also bake rolls without an oven and toaster

?

Caution: You should never reheat these foods

Baking rolls in the pan: quick and easy

Yes, you can, and this quick trick makes the rolls even more delicious.

Simply place a non-

stick skillet

that you have a lid for on the stovetop and heat over medium-high.

In the meantime, moisten the

buns all over with water

.

When the pan is hot, put the buns in, quickly close the lid and turn off the heat.

Because of the water on the buns, plenty of steam is now forming under the lid.

As a result, the rolls are crispy, do not dry out and taste like fresh from the baker.

Depending on the size of the pan, you can

bake up to five rolls at

the same time, quickly and efficiently.

So be sure to try this tip.

You can also reheat pizza in the pan in a similar way.
