He reappeared with the family on Sunday, May 15, on the Instagram story of his wife Emma Heming.
Reassuring news for fans of Bruce Willis, whose relatives announced at the end of March that he had aphasia and was retiring.
The actor will not however climb the steps of the Cannes Film Festival, as he once did alongside his ex-wife Demi Moore.
The latter indeed published on her Instagram account, on Tuesday, May 17, a vintage snapshot of one of their appearances on the Croisette.
“From the Cannes archives, around 1997”, can we read in the caption of the post.
We see the two actors walking the red carpet, on May 7, 1997, for the preview of the
Fifth element
, by Luc Besson, in which the actor officiates.
The couple was then one of the most
bankable
in Hollywood – Demi Moore had just shot in
Equal Arms
(1998), and Bruce Willis in
The Army of 12 Monkeys
(1995).

After this climb of the steps, the two actors had attended the screening of the feature film alongside 1,000 handpicked guests, in a space of 100,000 square meters specially designed for the event.
The said guests, whose tickets were Swatch watches specially created for the evening, had subsequently admired a parade by Jean Paul Gaultier, taken part in a dinner, and seen a fireworks display.
An evening that had cost the modest sum of 1 million dollars (950,000 euros today).
Demi Moore and Bruce Willis had sealed their union in 1987, before divorcing in 2000. Together, they had three daughters: Rumer, 33, Scout, 30, and Tallulah, 28.
The actor has since remarried to Emma Heming in 2009. The couple gave birth to two daughters, Evelyn, 8, and Mabel, 10.
The model also reacted to the snapshot shared by Demi Moore.

All three form indeed, with their children and for several years, a beautiful and large blended family.
