Two Russian missile attacks hit the city of Dnipro in eastern Ukraine this morning, injuring a woman and destroying part of the transport infrastructure. This was reported by the regional administration, according to Ukrinform. (HANDLE)

At least 28,300 Russian soldiers have been killed in Ukraine since the invasion began: this was announced by the army of Kiev.

In its update on Moscow's losses so far, the army indicates that 202 fighters, 167 helicopters and 441 drones have also been shot down after 84 days of conflict.

Russia has "significant recruitment problems" for the war in Ukraine, which "are probably contributing to a disunited command that continues to hinder Moscow's operations": British intelligence writes in its update on the situation in Ukraine published by the London Department of Defense.

To try to cope with the Ukrainian resistance, Russia is making considerable use of auxiliary personnel, including the deployment of Chechen forces, which probably consists of several thousand fighters concentrated mainly in the Mariupol and Lugansk regions, intelligence comments.

There are at least 3,752 civilian victims caused by the war in Ukraine: the UN agency for human rights announced today, according to reports from the Kyiv Independent.

At least 4,062 have been wounded since the beginning of the Russian invasion on 24 February.

Most of the victims suffer from injuries caused by artillery ammunition, bombs and rockets.

The lower house of the Russian Parliament (Duma) will evaluate the country's possible withdrawal from the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as from the World Trade Organization (WTO): the Russian newspaper Kommersant reports, quoting the vice president of the Russian State Duma, Pyotr Tolstoy.
