At the Fairfax court, the stories of arguments between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp follow one another as the trial, which began on April 11, continues.
Prosecuted for defamation by her ex-husband, the star of
Aquaman
is now hearing her witnesses at the bar.
On Wednesday March 18, the sister of the actress, Whitney Henriquez, said that she witnessed a violent argument between the former spouses.
The conflict is said to have started after Amber Heard accused her husband of cheating on her after he found messages on his phone addressed to another woman.

The younger sister then explains that that day the couple were exchanging “really mean” insults and Whitney had tried to take her sister to the next apartment where she lives.
“Johnny Depp runs up the stairs and kicks me in the back.
I hear Amber shouting “F*****, don't touch my sister”, she slaps her.
And there, he catches it, ”says the sister of the actress.
When Johnny Depp's bodyguard arrives to try to separate them, "he [Johnny Depp] had already grabbed her by the hair with one hand and was punching her with the other."

The calm after the storm
The bodyguard finally manages to separate the ex-lovers and Whitney Henriquez takes her sister to a locked room.
“I hear Johnny screaming insults, I hear noises of things being broken,” explains the witness.
The next day, the young woman says she found Amber Heard's clothes closets "completely destroyed" and many broken objects in the kitchen.
After her story, Whitney Henriquez says it was the only argument she witnessed.
And Johnny Depp would have even asked her to sign a confidentiality agreement after this incident, which she refused.
At the helm, Amber Heard's sister recounted the attitude of the star of
Pirates of the Caribbean
when he was under the influence of alcohol.
"When he was sober it was wonderful, when he wasn't it was terrible.
If he was doing drugs or drinking, there was almost always an argument."
The actress' sister ended up describing the state Amber Heard was in when she finally filed for divorce.
She "was physically ill, she weighed 50 kg all wet, her face was emaciated".
Several other testimonies should follow until the end of the trial.
The debates around this case should continue until May 27, then the jurors will retire to deliberate.
