Fonsai: all acquitted in Milan due to Imco collapse

(ANSA) - MILAN, MAY 19 - All 12 people acquitted in Milan, including Piergiorgio Peluso, son of the former minister Annaria Cancellieri, accused of complicity in bankruptcy in relation to the bankruptcy of Imco, one of the holding companies of the Ligresti family, a member of Fonsai.

This was decided by the second section of the Court of Milan, chaired by NicolaClivio, with the formula 'because the fact does not exist.

The prosecutor had asked for three sentences ranging from 5 to three and a half years in prison and 9 acquittals.
