Titian, rediscovered portrait that was believed to be lost

, master of Venetian painting, was recovered by the carabinieri of the Cultural Heritage Protection Unit of Turin.

According to investigative sources,

this is an extraordinary find.

The masterpiece, after the confiscation order issued by the prosecutor of the Piedmontese capital,

will be returned to the Italian state

.
