To supply them, with the arrival of the good season, is the Italian Food Union, in collaboration with Michelangelo Giampietro, specialist in Food Science and Sports Medicine.
The suggestions, which are of particular interest to children and young people, are available on the website www.merendineitaliane.it.
From the Decalogue emerges the importance of consuming fruit, preferably in season.
Vialibera with yogurt with cereals, ice cream with biscuit, alpanino or a small slice of pizza, white or red.
Promoted snacks that can be included - according to experts - among the correct foods to be included, 1/2 times a week, in the weekly snack plan.
Their practicality, given by the packaging, is also considered positive.
Experts advise not to forget to sip, even during a snack, at least one bottle of water to rehydrate.
