A baby toy that was sold on Ebay and Amazon, among others, is affected.
There is a risk of suffocation, a child has already died from it.

Baby toys recalled for choking hazard
The Austrian Federal Ministry for Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection, via the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety (AGES), has published an urgent warning about the baby article due to the risk of suffocation, as the consumer portal produktwarning.eu informs.
The background is the death of a small child.
As early as 2020, information was given about a recall of a baby product - there was a risk of developmental disorders.
This baby item is currently subject to a Europe-wide recall.

AGES recommends that consumers never use the affected product on babies and small children.
It should be disposed of immediately or a complaint made at the point of sale.
A corresponding European alert was also published via the Rapex rapid alert system.
The name of the manufacturer is unknown.
The baby toy in the form of a mushroom was sold online via providers such as Amazon, Ebay, Joom and Wish.
The portal produkwarning.eu only gives a red thumb for the information about the recall.
End customers would therefore not be informed extensively and unconditionally.
It cannot be guaranteed that as many consumers as possible will actually notice this warning.
