(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 20 - "There is no imposed peace, it starts with the availability of Ukraine because their people have been invaded and our goal is to facilitate dialogue perstep to reach a ceasefire and then peace".
Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio said this at the final press conference of the Italian presidency at the Council of Europe in answering a question on the Italian level.
"Italy promotes the plan and does so on the basis of the credibility it has because we have supported that people with all our means and this gives us credibility to talk about dialogue because we have not pulled back to help the attacked Ukrainians".
