(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 20 - "The groups of the Russian Armed Forces, together with the people's militias of Lugansk and the People's Republic of Donetsk, continue to expand their control over the territories of Donbass. The liberation of the People's Republic of Lugansk is nearing its end ".

This was declared by the Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu during the meeting of the Council of Ministers, as reported by Tass.
