The attacks of the DDOS type that from the late evening of the day before yesterday affect the websites of Public Administrations and private subjects, "although they can make the sites unavailable for a certain period of time to legitimate users creating some inconvenience, do not affect the integrity and confidentiality of the information and systems affected as opposed to, for example, a ransomware-type attack ".
This was stated by the National Cybersecurity Agency, which published additional guidelines for the mitigation of the various types of Ddos attacks on the Csirt Italia portal (the Agency's response team).
