(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 21 - The DDOS-type attacks that from the late evening of the day before yesterday affect the websites of Public Administrations and private entities, "although they can make the sites unavailable for a certain period of time to legitimate users, creating some inconvenience, do not affect the integrity and confidentiality of the information and systems affected by, for example, a ransomware-type attack ".
This was stated by the National Cybersecurity Agency, which on the portal of Csirt Italia (the Agency's response team) published the additional guidelines for the mitigation of the various types of DDOS attacks.
