The guide targets kindergarten workers (mentors and educators), parents, child caregivers and those interested in this field from the local community, as well as children aged 3 to 6 years.

The guide talks about a wide range of resources, tools and training activities in the field of child rights and ways to properly prepare it, according to the Director of the National Center for Early Childhood Development, Dr. Kifah Al-Haddad, explaining that the launch of the guide comes within the framework of implementing the objectives of Decree No. 21 related to ensuring children’s rights at an early stage.

Dr. Al-Haddad indicated in a statement to SANA reporter that the National Center has directly implemented measures in favor of implementing the guide, including the formation of a committee of several bodies working in the field of early childhood from the Ministry of Education and Justice and its various affiliates, noting that the guide has been applied experimentally in the zero phase of the center and will be circulated to All kindergartens during the month of July after training public and private kindergarten educators on it.

Dr. Al-Haddad pointed out that this guide is the first of its kind in the Arab world and will be translated into English.
