Has the best way been found to fight fatigue in the middle of the day?

(Story system checked)

Who among us has not found himself pecking in front of the computer in the middle of a work day, especially after lunch?

Sometimes it's the cup of coffee that saves us, a light ventilation outside or we're just holding on tight and somehow surviving the rest of the day.

Ticket maker Nick Vitlo - who has almost half a million followers - has a great method of snatching a good nap when you only have 10 minutes to do so.

Even 8 will suffice.

Nick, a health guru who shares tips for a better life on his ticketing page with half a million followers, claims to have learned this trick from the people of "Sea Lions" - the American naval commando.

He also says that this quick nap will take you only 8 minutes - after which you will wake up with renewed strength.

In the video, Nick explains: "This is what you need to do when you are super tired but you only have 8 minutes. Go down to the floor, put your feet on the bed like that or on something high, a sofa, anything."

Nick is seen in the video demonstrating the technique, lying on the hardwood floor and placing his feet on the bed at a 90-degree angle.

He adds: "Set a timer for 8 minutes and take the best nap you will ever have. It's a navy trick and it works."

The video garnered nearly 30 million views.

While many cheered, got excited and promised to try the method for themselves, others wondered if in 8 minutes they would even be able to fall asleep.

"8 minutes for my active brain to think does it really work? How does it work? ..." one reporter and another added: "It takes me two hours to fall asleep, so 8 minutes ?!".

Another viewer wrote: "I will be too anxious not to wake up within 8 minutes to fall asleep within 8 minutes" and another added: "I can not sleep for a year and it will still take me more than an hour to fall asleep".

Others explained that the trick was for people who still feel like they are falling asleep in front of a computer screen, so it makes sense that it would take them a few seconds to fall asleep.
