A new era is dawning for London-listed advertising group M&C Saatchi.
The Briton, founded twenty-seven years ago by Maurice Saatchi, Margaret Thatcher's favorite advertiser, and his brother Charles, is selling for 310 million pounds (365 million euros) to the English consulting firm Next Fifteen Communications.
The offer, accepted on Friday by the board of directors, values the shares of M & C Saatchi at 2.47 pounds, well above (+50%) its last share price before the announcement of the takeover.
