Behind "Dragon Lord" is probably the most hated YouTuber in Germany.

Again and again he clashes with his community - on the net and in real life.

"Drachenlord" achieved notoriety in Germany by providing all kinds of videos on YouTube.

His channel has over 200,000 subscribers, but the majority are probably not fans.

One does not exaggerate when one speaks of the most hated YouTuber in Germany at Drachenlord.

But how did it come to this?

Dragonlord: That's why he's so hated

Dragon Lord's real name is Rainer Winkler.

In 2011 he started uploading YouTube videos.

With his very polarizing opinions, which he reveals in his videos on music, games or other topics,

he provokes many viewers

.

However, he also often expressed racist or misogynist.

Since the founding of his channel, the situation has continued to escalate, which is why

a real hater community

has formed.

Because Winkler doesn't put up with the negative YouTube comments of his viewers and has often reacted very aggressively in the past.

Winkler lived in his parents' house in the small town of Altschauerberg.

He called his accommodation "Drachenschanze".

In 2014, Drachenlord released his personal address

after one of his "fans" threatened to do so.

Although he deleted the video shortly thereafter, it has already been copied and shared several times by his haters.

The conflict then shifted from the YouTube comment box to real life, and arguments erupted regularly.

Large groups kept coming to the "Drachenschanze" to provoke Winkler at close range.

In 2018 ,

hundreds of people

gathered

and threw stones and eggs at the house

.

Only the police were able to put an end to the hustle and bustle after Altschauerberg was cordoned off.

Understandably, this all went too far for the municipality of Emskirchen, which is why the police issued a general decree.

This not only prohibited unreasonable noise pollution, but also the carrying of any objects "

that are suitable as dangerous tools or projectiles

[...]", according to a Facebook post by the Central Franconia police, among other things.

In February 2022, Winkler moved out and the municipality of Emskirchen bought his house.

This will be cleared out and demolished.

Where the "Dragon Lord" is now is unclear.

Dragonlord has had to appear in court several times

The YouTuber is said to have reacted violently to the onlookers several times.

He is accused of hitting a person in the head with a flashlight.

In 2020, Winkler used pepper spray after several people rattled his fence.

Those affected took the incident to court and the Dragonlord was charged with grievous bodily harm.

Since then, Winkler has appeared in court several times.

In March 2022 he was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year.

The prosecutor asked for

two years and three months in prison

, but a psychiatric expert declared that Winkler was "reduced criminal responsibility".
