Pay attention to the material:
A good tip for preventing chafing holes in jeans is to keep an eye on the material: the more elastane there is in a pair of jeans, the faster a hole will appear.
It is therefore better to choose high-quality, robust jeans with a high proportion of cotton.
Reinforce the inside with fleece:
To better protect the fabric from rubbing, it helps to reinforce the jeans on the inside with a patch.
The best and fastest way to do this is with fleece line, which can be ironed onto the fabric with an iron.
To ensure that the iron-on fleece stays in place particularly well, you can then sew up the contours.
Due to the thin structure, you will not notice anything when wearing it and the little helper is invisible from the outside.

While other holes in clothing are often caused by the washing machine or belt buckles, holes on the inner thighs are usually caused by friction.
