This delicious tiramisu porridge combines both in a grandiose way.

Nothing beats breakfast, after all the most important meal of the day as it gives you the best energy for the day ahead.

But especially on weekdays before work, hardly anyone has the time or desire to stand in the kitchen forever to prepare breakfast.

An easy-to-

make microwave porridge

is just what you need.

But where it says porridge, there can be a lot more in it!

For example the taste of your favorite Italian dessert.

Instead of a boring oatmeal breakfast, make a creamy coffee-flavored creation with a yoghurt topping.

The result is called

Tiramisu Porridge

and offers the best of two worlds: healthy breakfast and dessert enjoyment.

Recipe for delicious tiramisu porridge: You only need five ingredients

  • 50 g oat flakes – Read here how to store oat flakes properly!

  • 1/2 tsp ground coffee

  • 250 ml water or milk

  • 120 grams of yoghurt

  • cocoa powder

How to conjure up a delicious tiramisu porridge for breakfast

  • Simply mix oatmeal, ground coffee and water or milk (depending on how you prefer to prepare your porridge) in a bowl.

  • Put the bowl in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes at 800 watts and heat the porridge until it forms a creamy mass.

    Stir occasionally and check consistency.

  • You can then top your tiramisu porridge with the yoghurt and some cocoa powder.
