(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 23 - From a minimum of 50 to a maximum of 100 Ukrainians die every day on the eastern front of the war against Russia: Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky said in an apparent reference to the military victims of the invasion.

The heaviest fighting, underlines the newspaper, is now concentrated around the cities of Severodonetsk and Lysychansk, in Lugansk (east), one of the two regions of Donbass.
