New World: A huge sinkhole that has opened up has revealed an ancient and mysterious forest
Many scholars believe that there are additional worlds in outer space.
But what if we discovered that the other worlds are right here, under our feet?
A huge pit has uncovered an area of land covered with trees, and experts believe that there are also living creatures that are unfamiliar to humans.

Chinese cave explorers were stunned after discovering a huge sinkhole about 200 meters deep, which contained a forest at the bottom, "and possibly other animals, like a lost world."
The pit is one of 30 authorities known to the authorities, located in Li Province, in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of southern China.
"I would not be surprised if I found out that there are hidden species found in these caves, which have never been reported or described by science until now," said Chan Lixin, who led the Guangxi cave expedition team that discovered the abyss.

The crew discovered the wide crater last weekend.
They descended about 100 meters to the depths of the sinkhole for several hours, and then returned safely to the surface that evening.
According to Zhang Yuanhai, a senior engineer from the Karst Institute of Geology of Geological China, the length of the "huge" sinkhole is over 305 meters, 131 meters wide and 200 meters deep.
If all this is not awe-inspiring, the sinkhole contains three inner caves that were reportedly created by erosion as early as the evolution of the sinkhole.
The most impressive feature is the "well-preserved forest" at the bottom of the pit, which looks like the home of prehistoric trees over 40 meters high.
What else is hiding there?
It is very possible that these trees are not the only individuals living in the mysterious abyss.
George Vaniff, director of the U.S. National Cave Research Institute, which was not affiliated with the delegation, said sinkholes of this type could provide a true oasis for life.
While trees exist in other sinkholes, experts say they can only grow if the pit is shallow enough and has a large enough opening for sunlight to enter it.
They therefore estimate that the new sinkhole being studied is almost certainly the home of small animals, such as insects, which are currently not yet known to scientists.
"I would not be surprised if we find that there are species of animals found in these caves that have never been reported or described by scientists to date," Lexin said.
