Air France-KLM has announced a capital increase of € 2.26 billion by putting new shares on the market and then repaying part of the state aid received to tackle the pandemic. Bloomberg reports. (HANDLE)


Air France-KLM has announced a capital increase of € 2.26 billion by putting new shares on the market and then repaying part of the state aid received to tackle the pandemic.

Bloomberg reports.

The group explains that approximately 1.7 billion of subordinated bonds issued last April and held by the French government will be repaid, while the rest will be used to reduce debt.
