Police search in Coburg on May 19: Missing people found dead

A 28-year-old woman from Bad Rodach, Bavaria, was missing for almost two weeks. On Monday, her body was found in a forest near a lake in Coburg.
In the case, the police and prosecutors are now assuming a homicide.
A 29-year-old man from the Coburg area was arrested a few hours after the body was found.
He is suspected of killing the woman.
The man is due to be brought before an investigating judge on Tuesday.
Search by helicopter
Meanwhile, the woman's body should be further examined to confirm her identity with final certainty.
The woman was reported missing by family members.
The police had searched for her with a helicopter and divers, among other things.
