The Parliament's ok has arrived to the rule that, thanks to the issue of a residence visa for work reasons to seafarers of non-EU nationalities who embark as crew on foreign ships and yachts present on Italian territory for cruise and charter activities , or to carry out repairs and maintenance, it allows to stem the emergency that was causing the flight of large yachts from Italy in favor of neighboring countries.
