continues to make headlines around the world.
Heard, who has become the most hated woman in America following the many testimonies, continues to stumble herself and the latest mistake she made could cost her dearly.
Heard explained that during a quarrel between her and the divorcee, which took place in the presence of her sister, she slapped him because she feared he was going to push the nurse down the stairs.
"It immediately reminded me of the staircase incident with
Kate Moss
," she said, explaining that Depp pushed the model, with whom he had a mediated relationship in the 1990s, down a flight of stairs.

Depp's lawyers have decided to jump on the bargain, and according to the New York Post, Moss is expected to testify at trial later this week and explain that this is a completely fabricated incident.
"She made a mistake in mentioning Kate Moss in testimony. Her words opened the door for the lawyers, and Moss will testify at trial and say it never happened."
The supermodel was not scheduled to take part in the trial and Zema was not mentioned in the list of witnesses, however from the moment Heard mentioned her name, Depp's lawyers made an effort to bring her.
