The Swiss authorities have said no to the request of the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office to hand over to Italian justice the Roman real estate developer Danilo Coppola, former protagonist of the season of the 'crafty neighborhoods' and on whom a custody order in prison for attempted extortion to Prelios hangs , the company that owns the Porta Vittoria real estate complex.
After the Supreme Court confirmed the decision of the Review on the precautionary measure, the prosecutors asked Switzerland, where Coppola had been identified, to be able to carry out the arrest but the authorities in recent days replied that they do not recognize that crime as punishable.
