(ANSA) - BERLIN, MAY 24 - Former German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder has long since renounced his appointment to the supervisory board of the Russian energy company Gazprom and has already communicated this to the company.
Schroeder wrote it this evening on the Linkedin portal.
The authenticity of the post would have been confirmed to the Dpa.
Schroeder then denied the news of the German broadcaster NTV that he had been appointed to the supervisory board.
