The National Center for the Development of Educational Curricula at the Ministry of Education issued today Issue No. 2 of the Syrian Electronic Educational Journal.

In a statement to SANA, the Director of the National Center for the Development of Educational Curricula and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal, Dr. Nadia Al-Ghazouli, indicated that due to the importance of scientific research, the Syrian Electronic Educational Journal continues to issue its numbers in various research and classifications, pointing out that its results can be used to follow up the curriculum development process by avoiding some weaknesses. The educational field suffers, based on sound scientific foundations.

The editor-in-chief of the magazine, Dr. Fida Sudan, explained that the magazine issued issues zero and one, and today it issues issue 2, indicating that the new issue is characterized by the participation of a group of Syrian researchers with various researches in the fields of educational and psychological sciences, and the presence of Arab participation also from the State of Iraq.

The issue includes a research on multiple levels of self-social, linguistic, kinesthetic, and musical intelligence, and another on the problem of anxiety among university students about their future in light of the Corona pandemic through the application of the Future Anxiety Scale to individuals, which is an Iraqi Arab research.

Metacognitive thinking skills and their relationship to self-esteem have a share through a study on the application of the metacognitive thinking scales and the self-esteem scale, in addition to a study on the quality of professional life of educational mentors from their point of view through the application of a questionnaire directed to individuals to find out the difference in their views, in addition to a study of The University of Hama addressed the necessary training needs for mathematics teachers in the light of the developed curricula.

The issue was attended by the Minister of Education, Dr. Darem Tabbaa.
