I've thought about it since I was little.
I trained in survival, I did treks in Thailand, Colombia, underwater fishing in Algeria, I learned to make huts.

At the mental level, I managed to put myself in my bubble to keep only the positive.

What were your motivations for participating?
We all want to surpass ourselves, to measure ourselves against others in the trials.
I wanted to see how I could react in difficulty.
I found myself calm, without being pressured and without getting upset.
I also wanted to show that my dual Franco-Algerian culture was a wealth, that I could convey beautiful values.
I am happy with the image that I was able to release.

How does he experience the broadcast?

Did you feel like you were going through your adventure so far?
At the very beginning, with the Blues, I was good, I was one of the leaders.

On the other hand, it was smart to stay back, because in general, those who are elected by the final jury have a profile like mine: good everywhere without being in the extreme, not big mouth.
Strategically, it made sense, even if I had the impression of suffering sometimes.
There, it did me good, I said to myself: “This is your test, this is your moment”.
When you discovered the ordeal that awaited you with Olga and Jean-Charles, did you realize that it was going to be complicated?
Yes, because I'm a very clumsy person.
In swimming, for example, I know that I could have been ahead of Olga.
On an endurance event, I would have passed in front of Jean-Charles.
But there, I knew that Olga would be strong and that it was going to be played out between Jean-Charles and me.
