(ANSA) - MILAN, MAY 25 - The deputy prosecutor of Milan Tiziana Siciliano and the prosecutor Luca Gaglio have asked for a sentence of 6 years of imprisonment for Silvio Berlusconi accused of bribery in judicial documents in the trial on the Ruby ter case.
The prosecution also asked for 5 years of imprisonment for Karima ElMahroug, the now former 'Ruby heartthrob', accused of false testimony and corruption in judicial acts.
Siciliano and Gaglio asked for a total of 28 sentences.
Among the requests, that of condemning Maria Rosaria Rossi, senator and former loyalist of the Cavaliere, to 1 year and 4 months for false testimony.
Accusation also disputed to the journalist Carlo Rossella for whom 2 years were asked.
Asked for sentences of up to 5 years for twenty girls, former guests of the Arcore evenings, whose silence would have been bought by the expremier.
Asked 6 years and 6 months for Luca Risso.
To be acquitted, for the prosecutors, only Luca Pedrini.
