This is what the caption indicates in the tic-tac-toe video that documented an embarrassing incident that occurred on a passenger plane.
This is an "invitation to flirt" that a passenger received on the screen of her seat.
The message read "Session 9E has sent you an invitation to chat".
The "Reject" or "Get Chat" options were displayed on the screen.
So far, this is not a surprising thing: some airlines allow for personal chats between sessions.
However, the tik-tuk user @ufosteph did not believe when the guy sitting in front of her used the chat to try to start with her.
She did not really like the way he started with her, but thought it was annoying and unpleasant.

"It was embarrassing"
"I turned off the screen to avoid interaction," she explained.
