Does your financial situation prevent you from actually considering going on vacation this summer? You may be eligible for

Vacations, everyone dreams of them and everyone is entitled to them… at least, in theory.

Because, in practice, going on vacation represents a significant budget, which does not put this leisure within the reach of all budgets.

Fortunately, for households with very low incomes, the CAF offers a “Holiday mobility aid”, also called Vacaf, which can be very useful.

Who is CAF holiday assistance for?

To claim holiday mobility assistance, you simply have to be eligible for it.

For this, you must have a family quotient that does not exceed the amount set by the CAF, have at least one dependent child under the age of 18 and already receive an allowance from the CAF.

If you meet these criteria, then you can probably benefit from the Vacaf device.

The aid amounts to 80 euros per member of the family taking part in the stay.

The maximum amount set by CAF is 600 euros.

Is it possible to go anywhere thanks to Vacaf?

This financial assistance does not allow you to go exactly where you want.

Indeed, it is only granted within the framework of stays which take place in holiday centers located in metropolitan France, and which have a partnership with the CAF.

However, there are a large number of them located in many regions where it is good to live in summer, so if you are concerned, do not hesitate to submit a file to benefit from this aid with your CAF.
