Who can boast of having traveled with Maradona, one of football's greatest stars, a true legend for multiple generations of football fans?
From now on, the list of the lucky ones having had this privilege is likely to lengthen, with the inauguration of the “Tango D10S”, a private jet decorated with photos and memories of the player, in the colors of Argentina.
This Wednesday, May 25, two of the daughters of the star who died in November 2020, Dalma and Gianinna Maradona, went to Moron airport in Buenos Aires, for the presentation of the device.
The 'Tango D10S' was named after the number Diego Maradona wore on his shirt, and his status as a god in the country.
On the side of the plane, with a capacity of 10 seats, several highlights of the player's career, such as this photo of his emblematic goal, scored against England during the 1986 World Cup, won by Argentina.

A few former members of the Argentine national team were present at the inauguration, including Sergio Batista, world champion in 1986 with the man also known as the “Pibe de oro”.
This project was launched and funded by Give and Get, a company specializing in online pots.
Its CEO, Gastón Kolker, explained that the plane will only make private domestic flights at first, before flying to other horizons, to "take it to Mexico, to Naples, to Dubai, all the places that have been iconic in the life of Maradona,” he explained.
Next destination of the Maradona plane: Qatar, for the next 2022 World Cup. It will then be auctioned off to support charity, said the company Give and Get.
