Aldi hoodie almost sold out – Ebay classifieds are asking twice as much

Aldi Hoodie: Within a very short time, the sweatshirt at Aldi Süd was as good as sold out.

Some people are now making a business of it on Ebay classifieds.

Cologne – The fact that dresses, trousers and sweaters from luxury brands such as Balenciaga or Louis Vuitton are sold out within a very short time is not an isolated case – however, sweaters from Aldi Süd are apparently completely sold out within a day, but it is.

On Wednesday, May 25, the supermarket giant brought the new "ALDImania collection" to its branches.

And in addition to various sneaker socks, there is also a very popular hoodie, as 24RHEIN reports.

The price: 19.99 euros.

On Wednesday there was a rush for the hoodie.

Aldi Süd confirms this to 24RHEIN.

"The current ALDImania collection is also a limited collection that can sell out very quickly depending on the branch." That was the case in Cologne, for example.

Some of the sweaters sold out there within a few hours.

However, Aldi Süd does not reveal how many hoodies went on sale.

All that is said is that the current collection is also “well received” by customers.

So good that now apparently the first users of Ebay classifieds also want to earn money.

There are already several offers on Wednesday evening.

Especially blatant: Sometimes the sellers ask more than twice the actual sales price.

In Würzburg, for example, an Aldi hoodie in size L or M is offered for 40 euros each.

Shipping costs an additional six euros.

The seller is not alone in this.

Several Aldi hoodies from the current collection are offered on Ebay classifieds.

The price range is mostly between 30 and 40 euros.

Aldi sold the sweaters for much less.

The sales price was 19.99 euros – a more than good deal for the seller.

However, Aldi fans look into the tube and have to dig deep into their pockets.
